Radial Displacement Sensor for Measuring Rotor Axial Displacement
摘要
Abstract
In the magnetic bearings,often used the method of axial displacement of rotor in axial detection,but it can not meet the application requirements of some space constrained occasions. In this paper,in order to solve this problem,the rotor rotation surface machining step is used,and the sensor is installed at the step in the step. The influence of different installation gap, different height step and rotor radial displacement on rotor axial displacement measurement is studied. The experimental results show that the sensor output voltage is proportional to the axial displacement of the rotor in the measurement range. It is feasible to measure the axial displacement of the rotor by using the radial mounting sensor.关键词
