斯特林型低温冰箱的试验研究
Experimental Research of Low Temperature Refrigerator with Stirling-type Pulse Tube Cooler

Abstract
An -80 ℃ low temperature refrigerator with stirling-type pulse tube cooler was developed. Its refrigerant is helium and the effective cubage is 28 L.The stirling cooler is driven by a linear motor, the cold-finger is installed at the bottom of refrigerator for directly cooling. Compound thermal insulation is adopted in the cuboid cabinet, the inner layer is vacuum insulation panel, the interlayer is aerogel and the outer layer is rigid polyurethane foam. Internal temperature of the refrigerator can be below -93 ℃ with the input power of 180 W and frequency of 52 Hz,and the output cooling capacity is 30 W during stable running, the average rate of temperature fall is 5 ℃/ h,the refrigerator meet requirement of long term storage for laboratory sample, suggestions for improvement were proposed then.关键词
