摘要

Abstract

To explore the structural performance of honeycomb non-pneumatic tire, seven tire models of different honeycomb structures are established by changing the size of honeycomb unit of the tire, and Ansys Workbench software is used for numerical simulation analysis of its equivalent stress-strain distribution under static working conditions and ground-contact performance. The results suggest that mechanical property of the honeycomb non-pneumatic tire is closely related to the structural characteristics of the honeycomb, and ground-contact stress distribution of the tire immediately changes as the thickness of the separating plate varies. The conclusion can be a reference for structure optimization and application research of non-pneumatic tire.
