摘要

Abstract

To solve the problems existing in performance parameters of traditional en masse conveyor, a particle contact model is established after analyzing the movement between particles, and particle velocity and energy consumption of the vertical en masse conveyor with retaining ring at the bottom are analyzed by using EDEM simulation software during soybean conveying. The results show that when v is 0.95 m/s, the conveyor has reasonable velocity distribution, large kinetic energy and high efficiency, favorable for material conveying.
