KDP晶体单点金刚石飞切过程裂纹扩展影响因素研究
Influencing Factors of Crack Propagation in Single-point Diamond Fly-cutting Process of KDP Crystal

Abstract
KDP crystal is subjected to periodically interrupted impact during single point diamond turning, and cracks tend to grow in this process.The conventional finite element method can't simulate the path of crack tip propagation accurately.Based on the extended finite element theory, the numerical model of KDP crystal is established by ABAQUS,and the the crack propagation law of KDP crystal under different tool parameters and operating parameters is studied.The results show that the spindle speed and the cutting depth have significant influence on the crack tip extension at the level of 0.1, and the effect of feed speed on the crack tip extension is minimal,the maximum principal stress and the extension trend of the crack tip increase with the the spindle speed increasing,and the growth rate is the fastest in the range of 600 r/min to 800 r/min,the maximum principal stress and the extension trend of the crack tip increase with the cutting depth increasing,and the growth rate when the cutting depth is less than 25 μm is higher than the growth rate when the cutting depth is greater than 25 μm.关键词
