星状VO2纳米结构的制备及电化学性能研究
Fabrication and Electrochemical Properties of the Star-like VO2Nanostructure Materials

Abstract
The star-like VO2nanostructures were successfully fabricated via hydrothermal method as high-performance electrode material, using V2O5and oxalic acid as raw materials.The phase compositions, element and electronic valence state, and morphologies of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction spectrometry(XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectra(XPS)and scanning electron microscopy (SEM),respectively.The electrochemistry measurements show that the star-like VO2having a specific capacitance of 574.75 F· g-1at a current density of 0.2 A· g -1,and achieves a high energy density of 51.09 Wh· kg -1.The star-like VO2has good cycling stability with capacitance retention of 90.2%after 4250 charge-discharge cycles,which exhibits an excellent capacitance performance.关键词
