臭氧氧化抗P ID晶硅太阳电池减反射膜分析
Analysis of Preventing PID Antireflection Coatings with Ozonation on Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells

Abstract
The reflectance,External Quantum Efficiency,and electrical characteristics of mono-crystalline silicon solar cells with ozonation and without ozonation of preventing PID silicon nitride antireflection coatings were analyzed by PC1D simulation and experiment.The simulation results show that the antireflection effect and External Quantum Efficiency of silicon nitride antireflection coatings with ozonation were better than silicon nitride antireflection coatings without ozonation.Experiment test results show that the test result of reflectance were consistent with the simulation result.Compared with silicon nitride antireflection coatings solar cells without ozonation,short-circuit current,fill factor and conversion efficiency of silicon nitride antireflection coatings solar cells with ozonation were improved by 6 mA,0. 03%and 0.04%.关键词
