摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the electrolyte and additives for micro arc oxidation(MAO)ceramic coatings of titanium alloy,and the research development about the composite coatings prepared by combining MAO with other surface treatment technologies are introduced.The influences of electrolytes on the MAO process,the surface morphology,microstructure and properties of MAO ceramic coatings are discussed. According to the status and composition of additives, they are divided into organics, soluble salts and solid particles.The action mechanism of the additives during the MAO process was analyzed.The research progress of composite coating based on MAO is reviewed.Finally,the future research directions and suggestions of titanium alloy MAO technology is proposed.
