摘要

Abstract

To further improve the design theory of turbulence generator,the movement of bubbles in the MC pump 1s analyzed based on turbulence generator shearing action principle and a turbulence generator calculation method is put forward.The method relates to the calculation of axial length and blade diameter of the turbulent generator in medium consistency pump.The head,efficiency and the rate of gas fraction to max flow were studied with pulp concentration 7.52%,9.3%,12.1%,and speed 960r/min,1140r/min,1500r/min and different degas vacuum degree at vacuum by experiment.The experimental results show that the outer diameter of turbulence generator is directly related to the pulp,turbulence point of the pulp and the corresponding shear rate,and the speed of the medium-thick pulp pump.The efficiency of the MC pump head is increased and the gas content of pulp in the pump outlet is reduced,which indicates that the increase of speed is beneficial to the separation of the gas and liquid in the pulp,and the required vacuum value can be reduced.
