水泥窑协同处置危险废物中典型污染物迁移转化规律研究
Study on the Migration and Transformation of Typical Pollutants in the Co-processing of Hazardous Waste in Cement Kiln

Abstract
The process of co-processing hazardous waste in cement kilns will produce Cr,Pb and Cl containing hazardous wastes.Typical hazardous wastes containing Cr,Pb and Cl was chosen and added to calcination in laboratory to study the curing rate of Cr,Pb and Cl in concrete clinker.The results showed that the curing rate of nonvolatile heavy metal Cr was over 50%,and with the increase of Cr dosage,the curing rate of Cr increased.The curing rate of nonvolatile heavy metal Pb was in the range of 19.69% ~22.57%.With the increase of Pb dosage in raw material,the curing rate of Pb increased first and then decreased.The curing rate of nonmetal Cl was between 3.30% and 5.87%.The curing rate of Cl was below 10% and decreased with the increase of CI dosage in raw material.Compared to solid wastes producing cement pollution control standard,all the experimental results showed that Cr and Pb was below the limit value and meet the standard.关键词
