Abstract
In this paper,HDTMA was used to modify the clay.The modified clay was characterized by x-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis,and the mechanism of action was analyzed.The modified clay was used in the treatment of ammonia nitrogen in landfill leachate,and the adsorption thermodynamics and kinetic properties of the treatment process were studied.The results show that the interlayer spacing of modified clay increases by 0.754nm after modification.At the different temperatures of 303.15K,313.15K,and 333.15K,the equilibrium time of ammonia nitrogen in the landfill leachate is about 50 min,and the adsorption effect of modified clay is about 2 ~ 3 times higher than that of the original soil.The adsorption of ammonia nitrogen by modified clay accords with Langmuir isotherm and Freundlich isotherm model.The standard molar Gibbs free energy △Gθis in the range of-0.127 kJ/mol ~-0.080 kJ/mol,the standard molar enthalpy change △Hθ <0,the adsorption reaction process is a spontaneous exothermic process.The adsorption kinetic data are in accordance with the pseudo-second order kinetic equation and the particle diffusion equation.关键词
