摘要
Abstract
The research of nano ZnO based photocatalytic materials was rapidly developed,the properties of photocatalytic performance has been superior than that of TiO2 materials used in the commercial production (Degussa P25),and compared to TiO2 materials,the nano ZnO material is easier doping and etching in the plasma,and has good stability.In the future it is expected to replace TiO2 photocatalyst in the field of water pollution treatment and environmental protection.This paper summarized the preparation,properties,and research progress on doping modification of nano ZnO photocatalytic materials,and put forward the research trend of nano ZnO photocatalytic materials.关键词
