抗戊唑醇苹果轮纹病菌株的渗透压敏感性及其膜透性研究
Study on the Osmolarity Sensitivity and Membrane Permeability of Tebuconazole-resistant Strains of Botryosphaeria dothidea

Abstract
By comparing the differences of osmotic sensitivity and membrane permeability in low, medium and high tebuconazole resistant strains and sensitive strains of Botryosphaeria dothidea, the trend of physiological and biochemical changes of its tebuconazole resistant strains were discussed.The result showed that,under the osmotic pressure of different concentrations of glucose and NaCl,sensitive and antibacterial plants showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. The bacterial colony diameter of sensitive and high resistant strains has been smaller than that of low and medium strains, and is more sensitive to the changes of osmotic pressure.When the concentration of glucose was 5 ~ 80 mg/L,the colony diameter of all strains increased slowly. In the 80~150 mg/L, the colony diameter of the antimicrobial strains began to decrease,and the other strains increased sharply and then decreased.The colony hypha of sensitive and the high-resistance anti-bacterial strain was sparse,and the growth potential was weak.When the NaCl concentration was 0~10 g/L,the colony diameter of all strains increased slowly,when NaCl concentration was>10g/L,the colony diameter decreased sharply.At 80 g/L the colony diameter was the smallest. Under the same treatment, there was a tendency of low antibacterial strain >medium antibacterial strain > sensitive strain > high resistant strain. Under the conditions of different concentrations of tebuconazole, the relative conductivity change trend of the sensitive and antibacterial strain was consistent. The relative conductivity increased rapidly at 10 ~ 20 min and decreased after > 20 min, showing a slow rising trend. The relative conductivity of the medium and high antibacterial strains was always higher than that of the sensitive and low antimicrobial strains,and the relative conductivity of the sensitive strains was the lowest,indicating that the membrane permeability of the high and medium antibacterial strains was higher than that of the sensitive strains.The above results will further explore the resistance mechanism of Botryosphaeria dothidea and provide theoretical basis for the production of scientific medicine.关键词
