摘要
Abstract
It is an important part of the current land system reform pilot to enter the market with the collective construction land of characteristic towns,which breaks the dual system of urban and rural land under the support of relevant policies.In order to deepen the reform of collective management construction land,this paper analyzed the current scale of land and the gradient features formed by market differentiation, compared the innovation models among the characteristic towns, and proposed the path optimization suggestions on the system level in view of the imperfect land transfer system, the development of the small town industry,the financial tax and other issues.关键词
