摘要
Abstract
Qi Change is the beginning and cause of all diseases. Distinguishing qi is the premise of tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation. Qi change can influence the pulse condition and the variation of the pulse condition often appears before the symptoms and the signs. In this paper ,it is pro-posed that differentiating qi based on pulse as the premise for diagnosis and treatment and treating pre-dis-ease. According to the movement and nature of the qi ,qi change can be divided into 6 conditions:qi rebel-lion,qi sinking,qi stagnation,qi blockage,qi collapse and qi deficiency. Based on systemic syndrome differ-entiation sphygmology,pulse diagnosis system of qi change is established,which is of great significance to the development of TCM diagnosis and treatment.关键词
