以疽论治溃疡性结肠炎
Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Based on Subcutaneous Ulcer
摘要
Abstract
The treatment of ulcerative colitis in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has always been guided by syndrome differentiation of internal medicine. The disease mechanism,clinical symptoms,endoscopic fea-tures,severity and prognosis of ulcerative colitis are similar to "subcutaneous ulcer" in TCM. Based on the treatment experience of TCM surgery on subcutaneous ulcer ,ulcerative colitis was treated based on syndrome differentiation of yin,yang,qi and blood as well as localized syndrome differentiation. This disease is divided into active and remission stages. In active stage ,Baitouweng decoction was applied while in the remission stag,Tuoli Xiaodu powder was applied. Besides,acupuncture and retention enema with Chinese herbal medicine were also applied. Clinically,such treatments could ensure satisfactory effect.关键词
