健脾和胃推拿法治疗小儿厌食症的临床观察
Application of Tui Na Manipulation of Invigorating Spleen and Harmonizing Stomach in Child Anorexia

Abstract
Objectives:To observe and compare the clinical effect of child anorexia treated with tui na ma-nipulation of invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach. Methods:There were 120 child anorexia patients divided into excessive type and deficient type according to the syndrome ,60 patients in each group. 30 cas-es of the excessive type and 30 cases of the dificient type were selected according to the priority treatment order. The treatment group and control group were respectively composed of 60 patients. In the treatment group,patients were treated with tui na manipulations of invigorating the spleen and harmonizing stomach, while in the control group,patients were treated with routine tui na manipulations from the textbook. The symptom scores were recorded and the clinical effects were compared. Results:Both tui na manipulations showed certain effect. In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 95.00％,while in the control group is 91.67％,there was no difference between them(P>0.05). The symptom score and appetite score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group;there was no difference on the food intake,com-plexion,mood,sweating,abdominal discomfort,stool irregularity and vomiting. In the anorexia patients of ex-cessive type,the average total score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),while in the anorexia patients of deficient type,there was no difference between the treatment group and control group(P>0.05);In the treatment group,there was no significant difference between the excessive type and deficient type on the total symptom score(P>0.05). Conclusion:Tui na manipulation of invigorat-ing spleen and harmonizing stomach for child anorexia is safe and effective ,and is of clinical significance.关键词
