针刺治疗干眼症临床研究
Clinical Study on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture for Dry Eyes

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on dry eyes. Method:There were 120 patients randomly divided into observation group and control group ,60 cases in each group. In the observa-tion group,patients were treated by needling jing ming(BL 1),cuan zhu(BL 2),si zhu kong(SJ 23),tong zi liao(GB 1),and other acu-points,while in the control group patients were treated with artificial tears. Changes on tear secretion volume and changes of eye symptoms integral were observed between before and after treatment. Results:Both the observation group and control group had significant differences on tear secretion volume and eye symptoms integral between before and after the treatment. The effective rate in the observa-tion group was 93.3％, which higher than that in the control group 81.7％(P<0.01). Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of acupuncture on dry eye is better than that of artificial tears.关键词
