Clinical Study on Vitiligo Treated with Milli-Fire Needle

摘要

Abstract

Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of the milli-fire needle combined with tacrolimus ointment and nourishing kidneys and activating blood formula in the treatment of vitiligo. Meth-ods:There were 90 skin lesions divided into the treatment area and control area by self-contrast method,45 lesions in each group. One group was given milli-fire needle treatment once a week and 0.1% tacrolimus ointment twice a day,and the other group was given 0.1% tacrolimus ointment for twice a day. Meanwhile each of the patients should take nourishing kidneys and activating blood formula twice a day. The observa-tion lasted for 12 weeks,and the area of skin lesions were measured every 4 weeks. The efficacy was eval-uated by total effective rate,total complexion recover rate,and total number of complexion recover region. Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate is 95.56% and 66.67%,respectively,the total complexion recovery rate was 29.10% and 4.80% respectively,the number of total number of complexion re-cover region great than or equal to 75% was 6 and 0,respectively,in the treatment area and the control area. Conclusion:The efficacy of the milli-fire needle combined tacrolimus ointment and nourishing kidneys and activating blood formula is better than tacrolimus ointment combined nourishing kidneys and activating blood formula. As a new method for the treatment of vitiligo,milli-fire needle treatment is efficient,conve-nient,low cost and safe.
