摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize and analyze clinical application of bai hui(DU 20) and da zhui(DU 14) and their combinations with other acu-points through data excavation. Methods:Search by CNKI and VIP since 1982 to 2016,classify and summarize the diseases treated with the acu-points of bai hui(DU 20) and da zhui(DU 14) on the governor vessel as the major acu-points. Results:Bai hui(DU 20) and da zhui(DU 14) are usually in combination with zu san li(ST 36),shen shu(BL 23),shui gou(DU 26) and other acu-points from stomach,bladder and governor meridians,and such combination could treat diseases up to 33 species,involving multiple systems,with acupuncture and general acupuncture as the main treatment means. Conclusion:The combination of bai hui(DU 20) and da zhui(DU 14) with other acu-points plays an impor-tant role in the treatment of nervous system diseases.关键词
