藏区学龄前儿童中医体质分型探析

Abstract
Objective:According to clinical condition ,the classifications of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitution in Tibetan preschoolers were investigated and analyzed. Method:There were 562 Tibetan preschoolers from north suburb of Lasa enlisted. Based on TCM constitution theory and questionnaire ,in combination with the environment and diet habits ,the classifications of TCM constitution in Tibetan preschoolers were investigated and analyzed. Result:There were 197 children of yin-yang harmony(35.05%) and 365 children of special constitution (64.59%),in which there were 154 children of qi deficiency (27.40%), 108 children of yang deficiency (19.22%),62 children of phlegm dampness (11.03%),18 children of blood stasis(3.20%),13 children of yin deficiency,5 children of damp heat (0.89%),3 children of qi depres-sion(0.53%),and 2 children of special inheritance(0.36%). Conclusion:The major classifications of TCM constitution in Tibetan preschoolers are yin-yang harmony,qi deficiency and phlegm dampness.关键词
