张永臣从脾胃论治耳鸣经验
Experience of Professor ZHANG Yongchen on Treating Tinnitus from Spleen and Stomach
摘要
Abstract
Professor ZHANG Yongchen holds that spleen and stomach are closely related with ear ,so he al-ways treats ear disease from spleen and stomach. Professor ZHANG combines Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach with his clinical experience,and sum-marize the disease cause and mechanism of tinnitus as 3 aspects:weakness of the spleen and stomach , deficiency of qi and blood;disorder of qi move-ment,blockage of clear yang;the wood over-inhibit-ing the earth,disorder of qi movement. The treatment methods include acupuncture,cupping,traditional Chi-nese medicinals,cupping,auricular point acupressure,collateral bloodletting,and so on. Therefore,the treatment course is greatly reduced and clinical efficacy is improved. He also emphasizes on prognosis and rehabilita-tion to ensure the life quality in patients.关键词
