针刺少泽、至阴穴对孕鼠血清E2、P含量及E2/P比值的影响
Effects of Acupuncture at Shao Ze and Zhi Yin Points on Levels of Serum Estradiol and Progesterone and Estradiol/Progesterone Ratio in Pregnant Rats

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of acupuncture at shao ze(SI 1) and zhi yin(BL 67) on the level of endocrine hormone in pregnant rats. Methods:Ten male Wistar rats and 50 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into model groups(A1,A2,A3 and B) and blank control group,9 mice in each group,the remaining mice are reserved for standby;2 male Wistar rats in each group. In the model group and the control group male and female rats were raised in cohabitation. After the virginal plug was found ,group A1 was given acupuncture at shao ze(SI 1),group A2 was at zhi yin(BL 67),and model group A3 was at shao ze(SI 1) and zhi yin(BL 67). Acupuncture was given at the first day after virginal plug being found at the same time point,and the treatment lasted for 7 days. The model group B and blank group were not given acupuncture. Chemiluminescence examination was applied to detect the levels of serum estradiol and proges-terone in rats of each group,and the rats were sacrificed after blood sampling. Results:Compared with the blank group,the level of serum estradiol in the model group B,and the level of serum progesterone level and estradiol/progesterone ratio in the model group(A1,A2 and A3) changed to some extent(P<0.05),and the difference was in line with the changes of estrogen and progesterone;compared with the model group B, the level of serum estradiol,and estradiol/progestogen ratio in the model groups,the level of serum proges-terone in groups A1 and A2 showed statistical difference(P<0.05). The results showed that acupuncture had a certain effect on the levels of serum estradiol and estradiol/progesterone ratio ,and also among each model group,acupuncture at different points had little difference on the level of serum estradiol and progesterone as well as the estradiol/progesterone ratio,without statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture had certain effect on the levels of serum estradiol and progestogen as well the estradiol/progestogen ratio in the pregnant rats,especially at the shao ze(SI 1) and zhi yin(BL 67) points with certain correlation.关键词
