翻白草三萜类成分粗提物纯化及其降血糖作用研究
Purification of Crude Triterpenes Extract from Fanbaricao(Potentillae Discoloris Herba) and Its Hypoglycemic Effect

Abstract
Objective:To study the purification of crude triterpenes extract from Fanbaricao(Potentillae Discol-oris Herba). and its hypoglycemic effect on mice with diabetes mellitus induced by alloxan. Method:Macro-porous adsorption resin was applied to separate and purify triterpenes from crude triterpenes extract from Fanbaricao(Potentillae Discoloris Herba),and the hypoglycemic activity was evaluated in the mice. Result:The purity of oleanlic acid and total triterpenoids were 3.18％ and 55.16％,respectively. Levels of the fasting blood glucose in each medication group decreased significantly (P<0.01),and the high dose group showed the best hypoglycemic activity. Conclusion:This processing method is simple and feasible ,and the quality could be guaranteed. Triterpenes from Fanbaricao(Potentillae Discoloris Herba) have hypoglycemic effect.关键词
