关于山西省"十三五"功能农业产业发展的思考
The opinions on the functional agriculture industrialization in Shanxi province during the 13thFive-Year Plan
摘要
Abstract
The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the development of functional agriculture industry in Shanxi province were analyzed by using SWOT method.The advantages included good natural conditions sufficient resources,and starting functional agriculture industry and researches which were beginning to take shape.On the other hand,the research and development of functional agriculture were weak with limited funding support,and standards of functional agriculture in Shanxi were left far behind.The opportunities relied on the strong policy support presently from national and provincial gov-ernment,while threats came from the lack of systematic planning,brand building,and professional training.Based on the a-nalysis,the main opinion and nine development directions were provided for Shanxi's functional agriculture industrialization dur-ing the 13th Five-Year Plan.关键词
