摘要

Abstract

The separation of components from wheat straw by steam explosion pretreatment first and then organic solvents pretreatment was conducted.Response surface methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the conditions of pretreatment,and the result indicated that the optimal processing conditions for the steam explosion pretreatment were 1.74,MPa pressure and 3.3,min holding time.The optimal processing conditions for the ethanol pretreatment included the holding time of 13.6,min, the holding temperature of 179,℃ and the liquor to raw ratio of 5.25.Compared with the wheat straw raw material,the rate of recovery of cellulose reached 76.82%, and the yield of hemicellulose reached 22.31%,.The pretreatment process was more effective for separation of component from wheat straw,and in particular,for the hemicellulose separation,compared with other traditional technologies.
