离子膜烧碱生产工艺盐水中微量碘的催化动力学分析方法研究
Tracing Iodine in the Brine with Catalytic Kinetic Method during Ionic Membrane Caustic Soda Production

Abstract
An analytical method of tracing iodine in high salinity brine was established based on As(Ⅲ)-Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometry for determining iodine in the brine during ionic membrane caustic soda production.The consumption of arsenous acid and analysis time was obviously decreased with this method,while the linear range for iodine determination was extended to 1.5,mg/L with correlation coefficient r=0.999,8 and the detection limit was no more than 10,μg/L.The recovery rate of iodine into the raw brine and refined brine by using the standard addition method,was 95.0%-104.0%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5%.The interference of normally coexisting ions such as Na+,Cl- and SO42- was not found obviously,unless the concentration of H2O2 was larger than 2%,.The proposed method is easy to operate and causes low pollution,so it is suitable for tracing iodine not only in brine during ionic membrane caustic soda production,but also in seawater and other brine samples with complex matrix.关键词
