子宫内膜异位症(慢性盆腔痛)患者生存质量及影响因素分析
Analysis of quality of life and influencing factors of endometriosis(chronic pelvic pain)
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To evaluate the Health-related quality of life and its influence factors in endometriosis (chronic pelvic pain). [Methods] The 70 endometriosis-associated chronic pelvic pain patients were chosen as the case group and 77 healthy women at the same age were chosen as the control group.A cross-sectional survey method was used to collect the general information in both groups and the data on the course of disease,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pattern score and visual analog scale(VAS)score.The Health-related quality of life was evaluated according to the EHP-30. The factors were analyzed with multiple stepwise regression analysis. [Results]Comparing with the control group,the scores of pain,control and power lessness,emotional well-being and general health in the EHP-30 in the case group were significantly higher (P<0.01). The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between TCM pattern score, course of disease and Health-related quality of life (P>0.05). However, there was significant correlation between VAS and Health-related quality of life (P<0.05). [Conclusion]The Health-related quality of life in the endometriosis-associated chronic pelvic pain patients is generally lower than that in the healthy persons.关键词
