紫河车联合寿胎丸加味治疗冷冻胚胎移植术后雌激素低下先兆流产患者临床研究
Clinical study of estrogen deficiency in patients with threatened abortion after transplantation treated by placenta combined with Shoutai pill on the frozen embryos

Abstract
[Objective]At low E2after FET in patients with threatened abortion as the object,the placenta combined with Shoutai pill therapy,clinical observation.[Methods]The 160 cases of threatened abortion with 100<E2<200 pg/mL 14 days after FET were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.The TCM symptom score,E2,β-HCG increase and pregnancy success rate were observed before and after treatment. [Results]The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01),and the serum levels of E2and β-HCG were significantly higher than those in the group before treatment (P<0.01). Compared with the control group,the scores of all symptoms in the treatment group decreased significantly (P<0.05),and the levels of E2 and β-HCG increased significantly (P<0.05).The successful rate of pregnancy in the treatment group and the control group were 77.5% and 62.5%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). [Conclusion]Placenta combined with Shoutai pill of Chinese medicine can effectively improve the frozen embryo transplantation of low estrogen symptoms of threatened abortion,significantly increased estrogen and β-HCG level,improve the success rate of pregnancy,which is worthy to be popularized in clinical.关键词
