Effect of Yiguanjian on expression of NF-κB mRNA and MMP-9 mRNA in placenta of preeclampsia model rat
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore of the effect of Yiguanjian on expression of NF-κB mRNA and MMP-9 mRNA in placenta of preeclampsia model rat. [Methods]The preeclampsia rat model was established and intragastric administration of traditional Chinese medicine Yiguanjian. The changes of blood pressure and 24 h urine protein of rats were monitored before and after dosing. The PCR method to measure the expression of NF-κB mRNA and MMP-9 mRNA in placenta of pregnant rats. [Results]1)The expression of NF-κB mRNA in model control group and Yiguanjian treat group was higher compared with the normal group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the expression in Yiguanjian treat group was lower compared with model contonl group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). 2)The expression of MMP-9 mRNA in model control group and Yiguanjian treat group was lower compared with the normal group,with statistical significance (P<0.05), and the expression in Yiguanjian treat group was higher compared with model control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). [Conclusion]Yiguanjian treatments preeclampsia model rat by reducing the expression of NF-k-B mRNA and rising the expression of MMP-9 mRNA in placenta.关键词
