摘要
Abstract
The carbonylation of acetylene to acrylic acid over different nickel salt catalysts were studied. The influences of Ni compound, promoter and solvent types, dosage of catalyst and promoter and their ratio, solid acid and its dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction were investigated. The results show that the catalytic system consisting of NiO and promoterⅡexhibits high activity and the solid acid HBEA molecular sieve can improve the selectivity.Under the optimized reaction conditions: tetrahydrofuran solvent of 97mL, NiO catalyst of 2.0mmol, molar ratio of NiO to promoter Ⅱ of 1: 4, HBEA molecular sieve of 0.2g,200℃,8.0MPa and reaction time of 1.5 h,the yield of acrylic acid reached 91.1%.关键词
