摘要

Abstract

The reaction environment of high-alkali metal coal in the gasifier with dry ash extractionis very complicated, often accompanied by the atmosphere corrosion, such as high temperature oxidation, sulfidation, chloridation andcarbonation, andthe heat corrosion caused by coal ash melting maybe presented. The reasons of corrosion of jacketin the gasifiers with dry ash extraction and the countermeasures of corrosion prevention are discussed. Since it's difficult to simulate the experimental conditions, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the corrosion mechanism is even more difficult,the design institutes and research units should work closely with related enterprises to find the economic and applicable corrosion-resistant materials, thus providing guarantee for high efficient operation of gasification plants.
