多孔孔板与楔形节流装置的数值模拟与标定
Numerical simulation and flow calibration of multi-hole orifice and wedge throttle devices
摘要
Abstract
To study the flow characteristics of multi-hole orifice and wedge throttle devices in engineering application and provide a new approach to the estimation of the discharge coefficient,the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to numerically simulate the internal flow field of multi-hole orifice throttle devices and wedge throttle devices,by comparing the discharge coefficient achieved from numerical simulation and the experimental results of flow calibration to verify the rationality and accuracy of the numerical simulation results.It is indicated that,compared to the experimental measurement of the flow, the discharge coefficient obtained from the numerical simulation is less than 4%,and is the reference for engineering design.关键词
