摘要

Abstract

To maximize the availability of equipment furthest,overhauling work is necessary,so opportunity deci-sion becomes an important problem.Number of components, life distributions and corresponding maintenance policy are impact factors of availability to the complex equipment.Taking the combination policy of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance,the availability expression of single equipment about overhauling oppor-tunity is deduced in the duty cycle,and the further opportunity decision model of equipments system is presen-ted,which considers the effect of working age of components.Lastly,an example is presented to prove that the new model is reasonable and practical.
