江苏省牛羊布鲁氏菌病初步调查
Preliminary Investigation on Brucellosis of Cattle and Sheep in Jiangsu Province

Abstract
In order to figure out the production structure of cattle and sheep and the Brucellosis epidemic status,so as to provide references for formulating related prevention and control measures,an investigation was carried out towards the situation of production,transportation and immunization of cattle and sheep by filling out the presupposed registration form. Using the stratified sampling method,24 farms were then randomly selected from each county,and 24 serum samples were randomly collected from these selected farms. At last,the Brucellosis infection situation was obtained by the combination detection of rose bengal plate agglutination test(RBT)and tube agglutination test(SAT). Results showed that the large-scale production of cattle and sheep accounted for 83.06% and 52.47% respectively in Jiangsu Province,indicating a high degree of the scale production. The quantity of cattle and sheep which were transferred from outside Jiangsu Province was small,but these animals had wide source. Parts of cattle and sheep were immunized with Brucella vaccines,and the Brucellosis positive rate of cattle at the herd level was 2.93%(95% CI:1.01%-4.84%),at the individual level was 0.28%(95%CI:0.21%-0.35%). Besides,no sheep was infected by Brucella according to the detection.As a conclusion,the Brucellosis infection level was low in Jiangsu Province, which was beneficial to its eradication. In order to prevent and control the disease,live livestock derived from the 1st Class Area would not be allowed to transfer into Jiangsu Province,and immunization of Brucella vaccines must be prohibited.关键词
