广西横县一起输入性小反刍兽疫的暴发调查
Investigation on an Outbreak of Introduced PPR in Heng County of Guangxi

Abstract
From August 2nd of 2016,goats died successively in a farm in Heng County of Guangxi. According to clinical symptoms and pathological changes,it was considered as suspicious Peste des petits ruminants(PPR). In order to recognize the source and the diffusion range of this epidemic,an emergency epidemiological investigation was carried out. Based on the epidemiological history and laboratory tests,the disease was finally confirmed as an outbreak of PPR,of which the attack rate was 91.0%(212/233)and the mortality rate was 66.5%(141/212). Traceability analysis showed that the infected goats were bought from a live goat market in Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province. The follow-up investigation indicated the outbreak was only limited in this farm,and no new case was found in other farms in the county. Suggestions were put forward from these survey results,including supervising the allocation and transportation of the live livestock strictly,cracking down the illegal allocation and transportation,standardizing the inspection and quarantine at the place of origin,and so on.关键词
