Abstract
In recent years,Hunan Province has proactively adapted to the new situation of veterinary work,actively promoted the development of veterinary socialized service,innovated the system and mechanism of veterinary services,and conducted a series of pilot projects of veterinary socialized service in a solid and steady manner. Here, the achievements in promoting the development of veterinary socialized service in Hunan Province were summarized, including enhancing the effectiveness of animal disease prevention,improving the treatment of staffs,clarifying the roles,functions and missions,and broadening the space for development. Also,the problems during the pilot reform were analyzed,such as difficulty in the development of socialized service organizations,inadequacy in funding and the urgent need in strengthening the supervision system. At last,some suggestions were put forward,including strengthening planning and coordination,focusing on organizational training,strengthening the financial guarantee and strengthening performance evaluation,so as to provide reference for comprehensively promoting the veterinary socialized service.关键词
