Reflections on a Case of Discharging Medical Waste Water Produced from Animal Diagnosis and Treatment without Bio-safety Disposal

Abstract
The discharge of waste water produced from animal medical treatment can easily result in disease spread and environmental pollution. In this article,a case of suspected illegal discharge of medical waste water was investigated in a special activity,and the points of evidence collection and identification of illegal activities in such cases were discussed. Then two types of such unlawful acts were distinguished:one type was discharging waste water without bio-disposal,and another was the disposed waste water failed to meet the standards. At last,it was suggested to list the specific applicable terms and contents to reflect statutory,open and fair punishment principles. For the purpose of providing reference for the law enforcement officers,paying more attention to the problems of discharging medical waste water was also proposed.关键词
