信号肽对溶血素在大肠杆菌中跨膜转运的影响
The Influence of Signal Peptide on Transmembrane Transportation of Suilysin in E. coli.

Abstract
Signal peptide is of great significance in the process of transmembrane transportation of foreign proteins. Suilysin genes with and without signal peptide sequence were obtained by PCR test,then the expression vectors were constructed and the fusion protein was induced and expressed in E.coli.By hemolytic test and Western-blot,it was confirmed that the recombinant suilysin without signal peptide could not be secreted by transmembrane transportation, while the recombinant suilysin with signal peptide could be secreted. This experiment was a useful exploration for researching gene attenuated vaccine of Streptococcus suis type 2,bacterial signal peptide and soluble expression of recombinant protein.关键词
