Detection,Prevention and Treatment of the Disease Caused by Proteus in Mink
摘要
Abstract
In order to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease caused by Proteus in mink,a series of experiments were carried out towards the infected minks,including clinical and pathological diagnosis, bacterial isolation and culture,biochemical test,drug susceptibility test and animal experiments. Meanwhile,virus detection was also conducted.As a result,Gram-negative and pleomorphic Bacillus was isolated from the diseased mink. The bacteria proliferated and diffused in the hexadecane medium,and it was capable of fermenting glucose. Besides,the results of hydrogen sulfide,phenylalanine and urease tests were all positive.Finally,the isolated Bacillus was verified as Proteus through animal experiments.On the basis of drug susceptibility test,the Proteus-sensitive drug of ciprofloxacin was used to treat the disease,and good therapeutic effects were achieved ultimately.关键词
