Abstract
In recent years,medical artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly entered the public view for the application in image,pathology and decision-making.It has also gradually become a popular and propagable technology in the surgical field.Realizing the sustainable career development,surgeons are called to shift ideas,apply innovations,insist on transitions,standardize practice principles and strengthen the cross-domain cooperations,which are the biggest challenges and opportunities in the era of AI.How to adapt to the coming era of artificial intelligence,where big data come from,how to choose and apply AI experience,what is hindering the promotion of AI,which surgeons tend to be eliminated,how to deal with the ethical and legal issues,whether AI is always the best answer to solve medical problems,all these questions are worthy of surgeons' explorations and reflections.关键词
