多模式治疗肝细胞肝癌的共识与争议
Consensus and controversy on multimodal therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
With the development of medical technology,the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has developed into a multidisciplinary and multimodal treatment model.At present,there are many treatments for HCC,including surgical resection,liver transplantation,ablation,transarterial chemoembolization,radioembolization,molecular targeted therapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy and so on.To improve the overall curative effect of HCC,the treatment plan should be formulated according to different individuals by using multidisciplinary advantages.At present,surgery is still the best radical treatment for the patients with resectable HCC.Comprehensive treatment can be an important supplement to surgical treatment,which increase the chance of surgical resection and reduce postoperative recurrence and metastasis,and provide a good treatment opportunity for advanced HCC patients,and prolong the survival of patients.关键词
