摘要
Abstract
The biliary tract system is the junction of the upper digestive tract system which directly connected the liver,pancreas and gastrointestinal tract.Also,its anatomical position and physiological function are unique.With the change of the disease spectrum and the progress of technology,the focus and difficulty of biliary surgery have changed deeply.Retaining function of Oddi's sphincter,preventing iatrogenic bile duct injury,emphasizing the comprehensive treatment of biliary tract tumors and strengthening the basic clinical research of biliary tract tumors are the most important issues.关键词
