Abstract
Stage-oriented comprehensive treatment is still the cornerstone of gastric cancer treatment.The eighth edition of TNM staging use big data from IGCA database to adjust the stage for the first time.The first proposed c-staging and yp-staging also bring new challenges.Along with the staging adjustment,new mode and scheme of preoperative treatment are also emerging,and the related research may change the existing pattern.Details of the operation are confirmed following the publication of relevant study,but it is still necessary to further investigate anastomosis of minimally invasive surgery,sentinel lymph node,as well as indication for surgery with advanced stage.Data collection along with standardized treatment,as well as its sharing,my become the driving force for progress.关键词
