Abstract
Laparoscopic surgery,as a milestone of the development of modern surgery,has got a brilliant progress in the past 30 years,especially in the field of gastrointestinal and colorectal surgery,which has a continuous increase in volume and frequency.A series of key techniques,such as port-site setup,surgical approach,lymph node dissection,GI tract reconstruction,totally laparoscopic surgery,scarless surgery,3D laparoscopy,and robotic surgery,have been well established and standardized.Technically,it would be more important to get a functional preservation rather than a small size of incision,for the minimally invasive surgery in gastrointestinal and colorectal diseases in the future.And on the other hand,innovation of new device and instruments of minimally invasive surgery is also very important for gastrointestinal and colorectal surgery.关键词
