烤烟杯罩移栽对井窖环境水热和烟苗生长的影响
Effect of cup-covering transplanting on temperature and humidity in shaftlike cellar and growth of tobacco seedlings

Abstract
In order to demonstrate effects of cup-covering transplanting (UCT) on hydrothermal condition and growth of tobacco seedlings, air and soil temperature and humidity in shaftlike cellar, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and growth of tobacco seedlings were analyzed compared with shaftlike cellar style transplanting mulched film (WST). Results showed that air temperature in shaftlike cellar of UCT was slightly lower, while relative humidity increased. Daily average soil temperature at the bottom of the shaftlike cellar for UCT was between 15.61℃and 22.20℃, which was decreased by 8.30% ~15.71% compared with WST. Average soil water content at the bottom of the shaftlike cellar for UCT and WST was 14.27% and 25.18%, respectively. Infrared temperature imaging analysis showed that there was no significant difference between UCT and WST (P>0.05). However, infrared imaging temperature of ridge furrow for UCT was significantly decreased on a clear day. After taking the cup-covering, the maximum photochemical efficiency and electron transport efficiency of PSII were decreased. Total root length of tobacco seedlings increased by 12.46% and the root diameter decreased by 8.15% for UCT at 4 days after transplanting (DAT). Moreover, the root volume increased by 9.29% at 8 DAT. There were no significant differences in dry matter accumulation of stems and leaves between UCT and WST. Hydrothermal condition in the shaftlike cellar of UCT was suitable for tobacco seedlings. Furthermore, the growth of tobacco seedlings was consistent with that of WST, which can be used as an alternative for WST.关键词
