集成TRIZ的精益物流管理模式在烟草商业系统应用研究
Research on applying lean logistics management model of integrated TRIZ to tobacco commercial enterprises
摘要
Abstract
A four-layer structure model of logistics management integrated with TRIZ was constructed to address issues such as lack of system improvement tools. Five general parameters for describing lean improvement conflict were presented, and conflict matrix was used to realize lean improvement tool. Tobacco company, code named A, was taken as an example, and its logistics service was improved to validate effectiveness of the model. It was concluded that the model can improve efficiency and upgrade lean management.关键词
