烟农合作社引入农业职业经理人的制约因素及对策研究
Restricting factors in introducing professional managers into tobacco growers' cooperatives and countermeasures suggestion

Abstract
This paper discussed the advantages of professional managers of tobacco grower' cooperatives in addressing management deficiency, promoting lean production and increasing income level. Factors restricting introduction of agricultural professional managers were also investigated in depth, such as unsound market mechanism, ill-established recruiting and training mechanism, inadequate incentive and restraining mechanism, complicated management system of the cooperative and lack of trust. Measures for professional managers to improve policy guarantee and support, formulate unified standard of market competition, strengthen theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and establish contract system and incentive mechanism were proposed.关键词
