Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of Valsartan dispersible tablets combined with Nifedipine controlled released tablets in treatment of primary hypertension .METHODS: 90 patients with primary hypertension admitted into Hospital of the Chinese People 's Armed Police Force Academy from Jun .2016 to Jun .2017 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 45 cases in each . The control group was given Valsartan dispersible tablets , while the observation group additionally received Nifedipine controlled released tablets based on the control group .The clinical efficacy , blood pressure changes and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed .RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33％(42/45), significantly higher than that of control group [77.78％ (35/45)], with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) .After treatment, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure had been significantly improved , and the observation group was better than the control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was 4.44％ ( 2/45 ) , significantly lower than that of control group [ 17.78％ ( 8/45 ) ] , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Valsartan dispersible tablets combined with Nifedipine controlled released tablets in treatment of primary hypertension is remarkable , which can significantly improve patients 'blood pressure with higher safety .关键词
