Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the rationality in prescriptions of outpatient and emergency department in Pingshan People ' s Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") , and to explore measures to promote clinical rational drug application .METHODS: 2400 prescriptions in outpatient and emergency department in our hospital during 2015-2016 were randomly extracted and retrospectively analyzed .RESULTS: Of the 2400 prescriptions , the usage rate of antibiotics was 30.63％, the usage rate of approved drug names was 100％, the usage rate of national essential drugs was 34.68％, the usage rate of injection was 33.29％, the average consumption sum was 96.62 yuan, the average number of species of drugs was 2.47.There were 150 irrational prescriptions(6.25％), types of irrational drug application mainly including nonstandard prescriptions , prescriptions with inappropriate medication and abnormal prescriptions , part of prescriptions had more than one type of irrational situation .CONCLUSIONS:Drug application in prescriptions of outpatient and emergency department in our hospital is basically rational , however , irrational situation still exists which needs further improvement .关键词
